Resistance Levelとは

Technical Analysisbeginner
Updated 1/15/2024

Definition

A resistance level is a price point where a currency pair tends to find selling pressure and reverse lower. It acts as a ceiling, preventing the price from rising further. Resistance levels are formed by previous highs, trend lines, or psychological levels.

Example

If GBP/USD repeatedly fails to break above 1.3000, this level acts as resistance. Traders often sell near resistance, expecting the price to fall.
